Then You Stand (Stage Play)

THEN YOU STAND is a story about Mona and Jason, a newlywed couple excitedly expecting their first child. Then, their unborn is diagnosed with a Down syndrome that leads them to question their relationships and beliefs. In life, we face many challenges, THEN YOU STAND is an empowering stage production that will leave audiences with a profound message that no matter what the circumstance, there’s a bigger picture.

THEN YOU STAND is a stage play that was held at the 14th Street Playhouse in Atlanta, GA, April 2012. THEN YOU STAND was written, produced and directed by Yvonne Pierre. Yvonne is a proud mom of two boys Zyair and Zyon, her youngest son Zyon has Down syndrome and Yvonne has been advocating positive awareness through various projects since 2005.
